GymStamp（以下「本アプリ」）は、あなたのジム通いの回数を記録するためのアプリです。本アプリは、あなたのプライバシーを大切にし、集める情報を必要最小限にとどめる方針で作られています。このポリシーは、本アプリがどんな情報を扱い、何のために使い、どこに送るのかを、できるだけ分かりやすく説明するものです。
1. いちばん大事なこと（要約）
- 本アプリはアカウント登録が不要です。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人情報は集めません。
- あなたの記録（訪問履歴・回数・登録したジム）は、すべてあなたの端末の中だけに保存されます。開発者のサーバーには保存されません。
- 位置情報は、アプリを開いて使っている間だけ取得します。アプリを閉じている間やバックグラウンドで、あなたを追跡することはありません。
- ただし、周辺のジムを検索するときには、あなたのおおよその位置（座標）が、地図情報サービス（Google）と、その通信を仲介する当方の中継サーバーに送られます。この一点だけは、端末の外に情報が出ます。正直にお伝えします。
- 無料版には広告が表示されます。広告はあなたの行動を追跡しない「非パーソナライズ広告」として配信します。
2. 集める情報と、集めない情報
2.1 本アプリが集めない情報
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの個人を特定する情報
- アカウント（ログインの仕組みそのものがありません）
- あなたの端末に保存された記録を、開発者が読み取ること（できません）
2.2 本アプリが扱う情報

3. 位置情報の使い方
本アプリは、位置情報を次の2つの目的のためだけに使います。
- 周辺のジムを地図に表示する … あなたの現在地の周りにあるジムを検索して表示します。この検索のために、あなたのおおよその座標が端末の外（中継サーバーとGoogle）へ送られます（第4章）。
- ジムへの来訪を判定する … 登録したジムの約100メートル以内にいるかどうかを判定し、記録ボタンを押せるようにします。この判定の計算は、あなたの端末の中だけで行われます（判定のために座標を外部へ送ることはありません）。
取得のタイミング: 位置情報は、アプリを開いて使っている間だけ（「使用中のみ許可」）取得します。本アプリは、バックグラウンドでの常時追跡（「常に許可」）を要求しません。アプリを閉じれば位置の取得は止まります。
位置情報の利用許可は、端末の設定からいつでも取り消せます。取り消すと、周辺ジム検索や来訪判定は使えなくなりますが、それ以外の機能（過去の記録の閲覧など）は引き続き使えます。
4. 周辺ジム検索と、外部への座標の送信（Google Maps Platform）
- あなたの現在地のおおよその座標を、まず当方の中継サーバー（Cloudflare Workers）に送ります。
- 中継サーバーは、その座標を使って Google の地図情報サービス（Google Maps Platform / Places API） に問い合わせ、周辺のジムの一覧を受け取って、本アプリに返します。
- この仕組みは、Google に渡すための鍵（APIキー）を安全に扱うためのものです。中継サーバーは、検索の効率化のために検索結果（ジムの場所や名前）を一時的に保存（キャッシュ）することがありますが、これは「どのエリアにどんなジムがあるか」という地図データであり、あなた個人を識別する情報ではありません。あなたの座標そのものを記録として保存することはありません。
- Google に送られた情報の取り扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従います。
要点: 周辺ジム検索を使うと、あなたのおおよその位置が中継サーバーとGoogleに送られます。送るのは検索に必要な座標だけで、氏名やアカウントなどの個人情報は含みません。
5. 広告について（Google AdMob）
- 無料版には、Google AdMob による広告が表示されます（有料版〈買い切り〉では広告は表示されません）。
- 本アプリは、広告を「非パーソナライズ広告」（あなたの興味・関心の追跡に基づかない広告）として配信します。そのため、本アプリは広告目的であなたを追跡（トラッキング）しません。
- 広告の表示にあたり、Google AdMob は広告配信・不正防止・頻度調整などのために一定の情報（例: おおよその位置、広告の表示回数、端末に関する一般的な情報、広告識別子など）を扱うことがあります。詳しくは Google の「広告におけるデータ利用」および Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
- iOS のトラッキング許可（ATT）について: 本アプリは非パーソナライズ広告のみを配信し、他社サービスをまたいだ追跡を行わないため、iOS の「トラッキングの許可を求める」ダイアログは表示しません。
6. 課金（買い切り）について
- 本アプリの有料機能は、App Store / Google Play を通じた一度きりの購入（買い切り）で解放されます。
- 決済（クレジットカード情報など）は Apple / Google が処理します。開発者は、あなたのカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。
- 購入したかどうかの情報（有料機能の解放状態）は、あなたの端末内に保存されます。
7. データの保存場所と、あなたの管理手段
- 本アプリの記録（訪問履歴・回数・登録ジム・設定）は、あなたの端末の中だけに保存されます。開発者のサーバーには送られず、保存もされません。
- バックアップ / 引き継ぎ: バックアップは、あなたが手動でデータをファイルに書き出し（エクスポート）／読み込み（インポート）する形で行います。書き出したファイルの保管場所は、あなたの管理下にあります。
- データの削除: 端末内の記録は、アプリ内の削除操作（登録したジムとその訪問履歴の削除）、または本アプリをアンインストールすることで消去できます。アンインストールすると、端末内に保存された記録は失われます（手動でエクスポートしたファイルは、あなたが別途削除するまで残ります）。開発者のサーバーには個人データが保存されていないため、削除依頼の窓口は下記「お問い合わせ」の連絡先です。
8. 情報を渡す相手（第三者）
本アプリは、あなたの情報を広告以外の目的で第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
9. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満（お住まいの国によってはより高い年齢）の子どもを対象とした設計ではありません。本アプリは個人情報を集めませんが、子どもによる利用を意図的に募ることはありません。保護者の方で、お子さまが不適切に本アプリを使っていることに気づいた場合は、下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
10. 海外の利用者へ
本アプリは日本および海外での配信を予定しています。周辺ジム検索や広告配信に伴い、上記の各サービス（Google 等）を通じて情報が国外のサーバーで処理される場合があります。ご利用の国・地域の法令に基づく権利は、各サービス提供者のポリシーおよび本ポリシーに従って尊重されます。
11. このポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能追加や仕様変更に伴い、このポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリの更新やこのページの「最終更新日」の変更でお知らせします。

GymStamp ("the App") helps you keep track of how often you go to the gym. We care about your privacy and are built to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the App handles, why, and where it goes.
1. The most important points (summary)
- The App does not require an account. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
- Your records (visit history, counts, and the gyms you register) are stored only on your device. They are not stored on the developer's servers.
- Location is accessed only while you are actively using the App. The App does not track you in the background or when the App is closed.
- However, when you search for nearby gyms, your approximate location (coordinates) is sent to a mapping service (Google) via our relay server. This is the one case where information leaves your device, and we tell you about it openly.
- The free version shows ads. Ads are served as non-personalized ads that do not track your behavior.
2. Information we collect and don't collect
2.1 Information the App does NOT collect
- Personally identifying information such as name, email, phone number, or postal address.
- Accounts (there is no login mechanism at all).
- The developer cannot read the records stored on your device.
2.2 Information the App handles

3. How we use location
- Showing nearby gyms on the map. We search for gyms around your current location. For this search, your approximate coordinates are sent outside the device (to the relay server and Google) — see Section 4.
- Detecting a visit to a gym. We determine whether you are within about 100 meters of a registered gym so the "record" button becomes available. This calculation happens entirely on your device (no coordinates are sent externally for this check).
Timing: Location is accessed only while the App is open and in use ("While Using the App"). The App does not request "Always Allow" background tracking. When you close the App, location access stops.
You can revoke the location permission at any time in your device settings. If you do, nearby search and visit detection will stop working, but other features (such as viewing past records) will keep working.
4. Nearby search and sending coordinates externally (Google Maps Platform)
- It first sends your approximate coordinates to our relay server (Cloudflare Workers).
- The relay server queries Google Maps Platform (Places API) using those coordinates, receives a list of nearby gyms, and returns it to the App.
- This design exists to keep the Google API key secure. For efficiency, the relay server may temporarily cache search results (gym locations and names). This is map data about "which gyms exist in which area" and is not information that identifies you personally. Your coordinates themselves are not retained as a record.
- Information sent to Google is handled under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
In short: using nearby search means your approximate location is sent to the relay server and to Google. Only the coordinates needed for the search are sent; no name or account information is included.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
- The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob (the paid one-time-purchase version shows no ads).
- The App serves ads as non-personalized ads (ads not based on tracking your interests). Accordingly, the App does not track you for advertising purposes.
- To display ads, Google AdMob may process certain information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and frequency capping (e.g., approximate location, ad impression counts, general device information, advertising identifiers). See Google's "How Google uses information for ads" and Google's Privacy Policy.
- About iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Because the App serves only non-personalized ads and does not track you across other companies' services, the App does not present the iOS "Ask App not to Track" prompt.
6. Purchases (one-time purchase)
- Paid features are unlocked via a one-time purchase through the App Store / Google Play.
- Payment (such as credit card information) is processed by Apple / Google. The developer does not receive your payment details.
- Whether you have purchased (your unlock status) is stored on your device.
7. Where data is stored and how you control it
- The App's records (visit history, counts, registered gyms, settings) are stored only on your device. They are not sent to or stored on the developer's servers.
- Backup / transfer: Backups are done by you manually exporting/importing your data to/from a file. Where you keep that file is under your control.
- Deleting data: You can erase records on your device via the in-app delete function (deleting a registered gym and its visit history) or by uninstalling the App. Uninstalling removes the records stored on the device (files you exported manually remain until you delete them separately). Because no personal data is stored on the developer's servers, deletion requests can be directed to the contact below.

The App does not sell or share your information with third parties for any purpose other than advertising.
9. Children's privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13 (or a higher age where required by your country). The App does not collect personal information and does not knowingly solicit use by children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App inappropriately, please contact us at the address below.
10. For users outside Japan
The App is intended for distribution in Japan and abroad. In connection with nearby search and ad delivery, information may be processed on servers outside your country through the services listed above (such as Google). Rights available under the laws of your country/region are respected in accordance with each service provider's policy and this policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as features and specifications change. For significant changes, we will notify you via an app update or by changing the "Last updated" date on this page.
